SPECIALTY SERVICES

Specialty services —

electrical and welding

bundled with your installation

Coordinating multiple contractors for a door or dock project adds time, cost, and risk. Where the scope requires electrical work or welding, we can include it in your project — one contractor, one schedule, one point of accountability.

Electrical Services

Electrical work in conjunction with door and dock installations

Commercial door operators, dock leveler controls, truck restraint indicators, and access control integrations all require electrical connections. Where the work falls within our scope, we handle it directly rather than requiring you to coordinate a separate electrical contractor.

Typical Scope Includes

⚑ Power supply and connection for door operators and motors

⚑ Control wiring for dock leveler hydraulic and pneumatic systems

⚑ Indicator light installation for truck restraints and dock status boards

⚑ Access control wiring integration with door operators

⚑ Conduit work associated with door and dock control systems

Important Note

Electrical services are available in conjunction with door and dock installation projects. We do not offer standalone electrical contracting. For projects requiring extensive electrical scope, we will advise on what falls within our capabilities and what requires a licensed electrician.

Welding Services

Structural welding in conjunction with door and dock installations

Door frame repairs, dock leveler pit modifications, header reinforcement, and mounting bracket fabrication sometimes require welding as part of the installation scope. Rather than stopping the project and calling in a separate contractor, we handle structural welding where it supports the door or dock work.

Typical Scope Includes

πŸ”₯ Door frame and jamb repair or reinforcement

πŸ”₯ Dock leveler pit steel repair and modification

πŸ”₯ Header and lintel reinforcement for new openings

πŸ”₯ Mounting bracket fabrication and installation

πŸ”₯ Bumper support welding at dock faces

Important Note

Welding services are available in conjunction with door and dock installation and repair projects. We do not offer standalone structural fabrication or general welding contracting.

Specialized Service Lanes

Why Bundled Specialty Services Matter

Fewer Contractors. Less Downtime.

On a typical door or dock project, a separate electrical or welding trade visit means:

  • Another scheduling window
  • Another invoice
  • More coordination
  • Increased project delays
  • More opportunity for scope gaps
