We service most major brands regardless of who originally installed the equipment. Have the manufacturer name and model number ready if possible — it speeds up diagnosis.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

Doors and dock equipment that cannot wait

A door stuck open in a cold storage facility, a dock leveler that will not extend, a broken operator that has locked a loading bay — some failures cannot be scheduled.

We provide emergency service for commercial door and dock equipment failures.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Prevent failures before they happen

Most commercial door and dock equipment failures are preceded by warning signs — unusual noise, slow operation, inconsistent performance. Scheduled maintenance catches these early, extends equipment life, and prevents the emergency call.

NFPA 80 requires annual inspection of all listed fire doors. The inspection must be performed by a qualified person and documented in writing. We conduct fire door inspections and provide the written report your insurance carrier and AHJ require.

If your facility has fire doors installed by any contractor, contact us to schedule an inspection.
